Welcome to InvoiceZero. By using this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Data Ownership and Storage

User Ownership: You own all data you input into InvoiceZero (Business details, client info, invoices).

Privacy First: InvoiceZero is an offline-first application. We do not host your data on our servers. All data is stored locally on your device or in your personal Google Drive account if you choose to use the sync feature.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for managing your data and ensuring your Google Drive account is secure.
- Google Drive Sync

Cloud Backup: The sync feature utilizes your personal Google Drive account. This service is provided by Google LLC and is subject to their terms.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee the availability or reliability of Google’s services. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from sync failures or Google Drive service interruptions.
- Premium Upgrade

One-Time Purchase: The “Premium” upgrade is a one-time fee that unlocks specific features (e.g., unlimited invoice generation).

No Subscription: This is not a recurring subscription.
•
Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the Google Play Store refund policy.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

“As Is” Basis: InvoiceZero is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.

No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss, financial loss, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
